The origins of the unusual name, “Monster Cookies,” is unclear. But these sweet treats are certainly a “monster mash” of many varied cookie ingredients – peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms to name a few. Together, they become something far from monstrous! This sweet combination makes a chewy, nut buttery, oat filled, and chocolate dotted dough that is almost impossible to resist before it even hits the oven. Out of the oven, these cookies maintain those drool-worthy qualities, but with crisp edges, chewy centers, and melty chocolate. So much YUM!! These cookies will make a cookie monster out of you!
