Monster Cookies
are a naturally flourless, chewy cookie - chocked full of creamy peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, and plenty of M&Ms.

peanut butter

brown sugar

vanilla

old-fashioned oats

baking soda

chocolate chips

M&Ms
Instructions
Cream together butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl.
Add brown sugar and continue to cream until fully combined and smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, fully incorporating after each addition. Add vanilla.
Mix baking soda and salt into oats and slowly add to the cookie dough while mixing.
Stir in chocolate chips and M&Ms with a spatula or on low speed with the electric mixer.
Roll two tablespoons of dough into a ball (about the size of a golf ball) to make each cookie.
Bake on a cookie sheet covered with parchment at 350°F for 9-11 minutes, or until done. Do not overbake.
Let stand on the cookie sheet for five minutes to cool. Remove cookies from the cookie sheet and cool completely on a flat surface.
Notes
No need to refrigerate the dough. It'll bake up just right, straight from the mixing bowl.
