Snow Cream
In the South, we make Snow Cream. This sweet, creamy, vanilla frosted treat is only possible on the rare occasions when the heavens open up and rain down plenty of fluffy, white winter manna. So when the weatherman calls for snow, set out the biggest bowl hope for plenty!
Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh, pristine snow
- ½ cup cream
- ½ cup confectioner's sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and stir until the mixture is fully incorporated. It should begin to create clumps. Dip the snow cream with an ice cream scoop to create ice cream-like, scooped servings.
